Joseph balboa was born in Dublin, Ireland. Life was not easy for him growing up. His family was very poor, so he was in a council house in a rough area. He faced many challenges from an early age. from money to the horrific street violence, but it created who he is today, developing serious determination and perseverance
As a teenager, he witnessed all the effects of crime, poverty, and addiction. These experiences have scarred him for life, but also given him the willpower to become more. He gets the motivation to become better and fight for what is right, and when Joseph becomes an adult, he travels to different parts of the world, discovering many cultures and facing many different challenges, but this created more of a need for Joseph to become a better man than what he already was.
Career Story: Joseph set out and began hsi career in the usss working long shifts as only an officer his job wasnt easy lots of paperwork along with having to put his life on the line nearly everyday but he got through it. He gained many skills, becoming a very good marksman and keeping calm in very high stress. He grew a reputation as a man that is willing to give his life for what matters to him in his first few weeks in the USSS, there was an attack on the governor where Joseph stepped up to the task and risked his own life, showing how much he cared about his job. He was quickly promoted throughout the ranks before reaching deputy warden. Joseph was never happier about this and decided this is the position he would stay at or at the most become warden. Many people realised and respected him for this choice. Joseph became someone who you could count on and rely on. His childhood in Dublin is what allowed Joseph to have this accountability, along with his discipline.

- Joseph can lie about requesting a lawyer, lie about identification/not to show any identification to any suspect/lawyer/State Employee.
