1 Leader of...
San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP)
2 Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 1: Direct Departmental Leadership Experience & Resilience (HOD Role)
Explanation: I have a long history and deep experience within SAHP. Although I previously left the organization due to personal circumstances, I returned with full focus and dedication. My strong work ethic and deep understanding of the faction allowed me to regain my focus and climb all the way back up to Rank 25 as a Head of Department (HOD) in less than a single month. This proves my resilience, determination, and absolute capability to lead under any circumstances. I already thoroughly understand the internal structure, how to manage personnel, and how to solve conflicts efficiently.
Reason 2: High On-Ground Activity and Bridging the Rank Gap
Explanation: With a daily activity of up to 9 hours, I am constantly present on the server. I have noticed a disconnect between the lower ranks and the high command. My main goal is to be a highly active, accessible leader who is present on the highways with the troops. This massive presence allows me to closely monitor performance, maintain high discipline, and ensure that everyone feels motivated to stay and work in SAHP.
Reason 3: Addressing Previous Gaps and Appointing New Command
Explanation: With all due respect to the previous leader, Max, during the recent period, I noticed a critical shortage in Human Resources (HR) and a lack of active Field Training Officers (FTOs) to guide new recruits. This gap is exactly what drove me to build a strong, direct relationship with the team on the ground, listening to them and supporting them—which is clearly reflected in their positive feedback and support for me in the official Discord. As a leader, my immediate priority will be to appoint capable, active High Commands to take charge of these neglected divisions.
1 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Leadership Philosophy (Support Over Control):
I firmly believe that being a leader does not mean treating my team like chess pieces or just issuing orders from an office. My true goal is to build a collaborative environment where my main duty is to guide, teach, and support anyone who needs help within my faction. By empowering lower ranks and being an approachable leader, we will naturally elevate the quality of RolePlay and create a sustainable, loyal community inside SAHP.
Mandatory Bodycam/POV System:
I will enforce a strict policy where every officer must record their active duties and events. This ensures 100% accountability, prevents rule breaks like Fail-RP or Powergaming, and provides clear evidence to the administration in case of any complaints.
Revamping the Field Training Officer (FTO) Division:
The RP level of the entire faction depends on how new cadets are trained. I will personally oversee the FTO department to ensure that no new recruit hits the highways until they pass rigorous practical tests on reading Miranda rights, proper cuffing, and correct utilization of RP commands /me and /do.
Active Event Command & Pre-Briefings:
Before entering any server event like Submarine or Carrier, a high-ranking officer will be assigned as the Event Commander. Ten minutes prior to the event, a mandatory briefing will be held in Discord to review the specific event rules such as No Looting or Healing under fire and coordinate the tactical plan. This will completely eliminate accidental faction warnings.
Strict Anti-Toxicity & Professionalism:
I will establish a Zero-Tolerance policy for any OOC toxicity, trash-talking, or unprofessional behavior, both in-game and in official Discord chats. Representing SAHP means maintaining absolute respect toward citizens, other state organizations, and competitors alike.
