1. Leader of SAHP
Hello Everyone, Thank you so much for taking the time to read my application, it took a big effort to write it and i hope you have a good time reading it.

2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
I've worked in a lot of organizations before coming to the SAHP, and for the last 2 Terms SAHP has been my home and the place I can always come to and feel welcome.
I enjoy every second I am in this amazing organization and that's the reason why today I have decided to apply as the new Sheriff of the SAHP. In the time I have been in SAHP as a Trooper or now High Command, I've noticed many things that need to be fixed, for example, one of them is that the SAHP doesn’t need a Director, the SAHP needs a Leader who they can count on no matter what. A Leader that is really going to be here for each one of his officers, And I thoroughly think that I can be the man for the job. I really think that I can be the man to lead the SAHP to better days and help the SAHP to grow more then ever

Divisions
Another thing that needs a bit of improvement is the SAHP Divisions, in my time is this Organization I've seen some divisions making mistakes that were not supposed to happen. Here is my game plan:

RS (Recruitment Specialists)
This division have a lot of work to do in order to make our cadets more comfortable while doing there job and in the 2 terms that I was here we haven't succeeded on making this happen
My plan to make our cadets much more professional and confident, we will be adding more trainings and make sure that every time they do a training to make them take a little test to see if they fully understand the training they have done.

SRT (Special respond team)
This division has done a great gob during this term, but i still think we can do something to improve this division by adding them the Negotiations training and give them even more responsibility in the organization.

AWATU (Air And Water Transport Units)
This new division's purpose will be taking officers and putting them through intensive training providing them the necessary skills to drive and control Air and Water Transports professionally.
Their main objective will be fast information gathering, and distributing to other orgs/other units in other places.

PR (Public Relations)
This division wasn't being used enough the last term and that’s why I have decided to bring it back this term and really give it a try
This division will be conducting events and also make news reports with Weasel News to make sure the public always know what is going on and feel more safe at home.

Activity
Even though we are one of the strongest organizations in the city the SAHP always need more numbers
In this term my top priority will be have officers I can count of and make sure to have enough numbers when needed
And that will be starting by doing a lot of mass recruitment and trainings for in the end having the numbers we need to everyone situation

Patrols
In this term patrols had been really good for us but we had some issues in the getto patrols the reason for this issues was that we didn’t know the place like the gangsters and this time I am going to make a change
We are going to have a special training on it to make sure that no one can touch us in any place we are going to make sure that the officers are going to be trained like real soldiers and make sure they know what they are doing

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in organisation.
the RP in SAHP is pretty high quality but always needs to be improved
The First way to improve the RolePlay is to make sure all the SAHP officers put all SAHP rules in perfect use.
i would also like to put more attention on PowerGaming and FearRP and make sure all the SAHP officers are adding more attention on this.
as when conducting some operations and in events role-play needs to maximized, so the amount of /me, or /do, or /try commands will be more in use

IA (Internal Affairs)
This division is one of the most difficult and important in all of the SAHP, and the only reason that we didn’t succeed in this division was the fact that we didn’t have enough units in the division that could do their job properly.
I will fix this by teaching every officer in this division how to make sure that everyone is following the rules of this Organization and not doing any mistakes.
