The Life Story
Victor Pluxury grew up in the City. His family struggled a lot. However Victor's childhood was normal it wasn't the best it wasn't the worst. His parents raised him right, they wanted Victor to respect the law and that things come and go. Growing up in Los Santos, Victor saw both the good and the bad. This helped mold his views on what right and wrong actually were. He learned that he had to be very careful who he was willing to confide in. It was by realizing that he had to use his head to get what he wanted that Victor Pluxury actually succeeded. Victor noticed as he was growing up that Los Santos power was often acquired through more underhanded and informal methods.
The Career Story
Victor Pluxury went to the LSPD hoooping that he can try and carve a life out for himself and learn what it takes to actually make it in this City. He was a very hard working trainee at the academy and tried his best to pick things up. Over the years Victor Pluxury began to learn how people actually do operate, he learned what the laws are and what people are actually willing to do to survive, he began to realize that not everybody follows the rules. Looking the other way seemed to work so he began doing just that, he realized that as long as you know the right people and they know you then everything will fall into place. Victor is very well versed with both sides of the City now and can deal with the dirty business that is conducted and the clean official way of doing things, he does things the way he needs to get by.
Outcomes:
1- Victor Pluxury can accept bribes (up to $100K) and or take any illegal items from suspects to release them. // (Will follow G.R 6.14)
2- Victor Pluxury can help prisoners, friends or family members to escape from DOC using USB/Darknet and take money (max $100K) to help them get out.
3-Victor Pluxury can remove his arrest entry from PDA to be safe from IC Case file ( cause Victor wont leave any trace which can sue him)
4-Victor Pluxury can enter the ghetto while off-duty and kill people (not LEOs)
5-Victor Pluxury can process 10-15's without reading Miranda right and lie about the availability of a lawyer in the city.
6-Victor Pluxury can inject the suspects with truth serum to get information ( try only two per situation)
7-Victor Pluxury can detain anyone on a false charge and then demand bribes or weapons for their release, and whoever fails to give the bribe may be arrested (maximum $100,000). Will Follow GR 6.14
8-Victor Pluxury can search suspects for their bodycams and destroy them by smashing them on the ground (using /try only, maximum 2 times per situation).
9- Victor Pluxury can hand over the 10-15 to the gang as hostage if the 10-15 refuses to comply
10-Victor Pluxury if finds any abandoned car anywhere he searched car with 2 more leos and if illegal items found, call the owner and demands 100K, or else the items will be confisacated and the car will be Towed ( if he recalls the car on purpose to skip rp situation will post forum for Fail RP )
