2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation?(List three reasons with an explanation)
. I have dedicated a major part of my RP life towards the state side and served as an undersheriff in 2 terms and high command ranks in every state org, as an undersheriff i was capable not just to help in the term but to keep it active on my own so i want to take up this role because i believe i am capable of becoming the Sheriff with my experience.
. In my journey of state organisations i was able to witnessed countless terms which were quite unprofessional or in other words i would say not professional enough to meet the basic RP experience. So i want to take up this role to bring back an organisation professional enough to meet basic RP standards so that we and other players too can enjoy this project.
. I want to be the Sheriff because of 1 main reason and that is the team i have prepared, a team of skilled individuals who will dedicate and help me to their fullest for a smooth and rule break free term.
3. Your advice on improving the RolePlay level in the organisation.
. To improve the RP experience within the organisation i would make sure that my troopers especially high commands are well aware of IC and OOC rules to maintain basic RP experience
. To improve RP experience i as the Sheriff will give my fullest to connect with my troopers no matter their rank to discuss their point of views and bring changes to improve RP
.To improve RP experience i will give out bonuses and will present interesting RP ideas to my troopers so that they would dedicate themselves to boost the RP experience.
Departments
Human Resources (HR): HR will ensure that proper phases of training is give to each and every officer and they’ll also hire citizens who are wanting to join our prestigious organisation.
Internal Affairs (IA): IA will ensure that professionalism is being made within the organisation by conducting regular checks on officers and issuing punishments on the basis of it.
Undercover (UC): UC department will help FIB in collecting evidences against gangs and help making the city more safe.
Special Weapons and Tactics(S.W.A.T): SWAT will lead high risk operations like hostage situations and with the advanced training provided to them they will neutralise the situation to its best.
Highway Patrol (HP): HP will constantly patrol on highways to ensure the safety of citizens
