I am writing this request because I would like my case to be reviewed directly by Project Administration.
Around a year ago, I was banned on EN1 after a PC check due to a vehicle Redux modification. I fully acknowledge that mistake. At the time, I did not properly understand what modifications were allowed and which were prohibited. Since then, I have learned from that situation, gained a much better understanding of the server rules, and have made sure not to repeat the same mistake.
After the EN1 incident, I started playing on EN3. During my time on EN3, my main account was banned under GR 1.3. I submitted multiple appeals regarding that punishment because I genuinely wanted to understand the reason behind it. However, I never received a clear explanation of what exactly led to the ban.
My appeals were reviewed by Bobby Pluxury and Aadham Pluxury. While I respect their decisions and their roles within the administration team, I was not provided with a detailed explanation regarding the evidence or circumstances that led to my punishment. The responses I received were generally limited to statements such as "Proper decision taken" or "Answer was given before. Rejected." As a result, I still do not understand the specific reason behind my GR 1.3 ban.
Recently, my second account was also banned by Frost Vukovic. The reason provided was related to cheats from EN1, referring to an incident that occurred approximately one year ago.
I want to make it clear that this appeal is not intended as an attack against any administrator. I respect the administration team and understand that their responsibility is to protect the project and its community. However, due to the lack of clarification regarding my previous punishments, I believe my case would benefit from an independent review by Project Administration.
I am fully willing to cooperate with any investigation. If Project Administration wishes to perform a PC check or any other verification process, I will comply completely. I have nothing to hide. If any prohibited software, cheats, or rule violations are found, I will accept the punishment without argument.
My request is simple. I would like Project Administration to independently review my case and help me understand:
• The specific reason behind my GR 1.3 ban on EN3.
• The evidence that supports that punishment.
• The reason behind the recent ban on my second account.
• Whether the recent action was based solely on the EN1 incident from approximately one year ago or on any additional information.
I understand and respect that administrative decisions are made to maintain fairness within the project. I am only asking for transparency, clarification, and a fair review of my case.
