First of all, I hope the respected admin team is doing well. I would like to present information that I obtained after researching a player.
To begin with, I have never opened a forum complaint against this player before, nor have I had any significant interactions or conflicts with them in-game. However, after the forum complaint that this player opened against me and my fellow Ballas members yesterday, I decided to review their forum account.
During my review, I found that the player was permanently banned from EN 1 for violating GR 1.1 and GR 1.4. Furthermore, based on the information available in the forum thread that I will link below, I believe the player may also have been involved with the following account IDs: Rejected - GR1.1-313623

I find it highly suspicious that a single player would possess such a large number of alternate accounts. Therefore, I believe there is a strong possibility that some of these accounts may have been obtained through account sharing or account theft.
Considering the player's previous permanent ban history and the information mentioned above, I am concerned that they may continue violating the rules on EN 3 by engaging in account sharing, account theft, or maintaining multiple alternate accounts. This could negatively impact the gameplay experience of other players.
Additionally, I am also providing the appeal forums that the player submitted regarding their punishment, which were reviewed and denied by the EN 1 administration team.
I believe these appeals may provide further context regarding the player's previous violations and ban history. Therefore, I would like to include them for the admin team's consideration during their investigation.
