Hello Dear Admin,

I would like to respectfully request a review of my ban. During the incident, my game froze because I play on a very low-end laptop (“potato PC”). At that moment, I received a codeA and my game became completely stuck. Shortly after, I was disconnected from the server. Because I have Potato Pc So Thats Why I got a Code And I was Also Not Doing Any Bug Abuse . Because my game was frozen, I was unable to move, react, or see events properly. I understand that it may have appeared as if I was not taking damage, but from my perspective the game had already frozen. If I was truly invincible or exploiting, my health would not have decreased at all. The fact that my health was changing before the freeze shows that I was playing normally and not using any cheats or unfair advantages. I have never intended to break server rules or gain an unfair advantage and thats why i cant able to record pov of that situation. The situation was caused by technical issues and poor device performance, not by any exploit or malicious behavior. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and kindly ask the administration team to review the logs and reconsider my ban. Thank you for your time and understanding.
