2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this special organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I have been working on this project for a very long time and have a lot of experience. I know what it's like to be someone no one listens to and someone everyone listens to. I was both suspended and HC in many organizations and now I would like to try my hand at a leadership position.
2.2 I chose the Ballas because I think their position in the ghetto has a lot of potential. Their location is in conflict with the opposite gang, The Families, and that's why I think my members will never be bored if they stay in the ghetto. Because they will always run into someone with whom they can shoot and have some fun, but also end up robbing someone because the HQ is close to the BM where you are constantly being shot by.
2.3 Ballas have a history of good and long leaders, they have always been one of the most passionate gangs that the whole state fears. I would like to go down in history and successfully complete 2 mandates.
3. Your tips for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I would try to make as big a graffiti team as possible, with which I would spray every possible spray. That way, the organization would earn more, and that way I could give bonuses to active people, and that way I would increase the activity of the entire organization.
3.2 I would try to make some alliances between the other gangs. For example, if 2 gangs join together and rob a store together or something like that.
3.3 I would have a fairly large turf team with which I would try to achieve the ultimate goal of any crime organization, 100% Turf territory.
