I have strong leadership and communication skills. Throughout my time in SAHP, I have worked closely with officers from different ranks and departments. I know how to solve problems, communicate professionally, and maintain a positive environment inside the organization.
Second Reason:
I have leadership experience within SAHP. As a Head of Department, I was often trusted with important responsibilities whenever higher command members were unavailable. This allowed me to gain experience in decision-making, management, and organization.
Third Reason:
I understand the needs of the members and the organization. I have personally trained many officers and built strong relationships with them. This has helped me understand the strengths, weaknesses, and areas that require improvement inside SAHP.
My first priority would be expanding the HR team. Many players are interested in joining SAHP, but there are often situations where no HR member is available. By appointing additional active HR members, recruitment can become more efficient and organized.
My second priority would be implementing a structured promotion system. Promotions should be earned through activity, achievements, and performance rather than being given whenever requested. Officers should submit their weekly achievements through Discord so command staff can fairly evaluate their progress.
My third priority would be strengthening the Training Officer program. I have personally trained many officers in the past, which helped me understand the importance of proper training. By appointing active Training Officers and creating structured training sessions, we can improve professionalism and raise the overall quality of RolePlay within SAHP.
