I was at megamall area. This person came and when I killed him and he got the case. Its unrealistic behaviour from side! How did he take it while dead? Clear Bug Abuse+UB.
And also he came back to the area within 4 minutes which is clear violation of NLR.

how is that bug abuse?? he probably press E before dying and got it its not bug abuse it the server glitch
