Rejected FearRP & non-rp driving | 41791

Hello,
I'm a member of Vagos gang and when we were on the highway we asked 41791 to pull over but he didn't, the people who was with me was chasing him from DOC and when he came near me as u can see in the POV he didn't stop and he went non-rp driving so we can't get him.
You can see everything in the POV.

I wasn't chasing from DOC the other members who were with me were chasing from DOC so I don't have POV when they were chasing him

I did not see FEAR RP
However ID 41791 will receive a punishment for NON-RP driving
ID 14836 will receive a punishment for NON-RP driving​
