Hello,

Yesterday in the early morning (06-06-2026 at 04:31) I have been banned. At the time of the ban I wasn't online and asleep. What did I do to get banned? Is it possible that there was a mixup with my game-ID and someone else?
The last time I was online was last friday (05-06-2026), that day i've only been playing as a pilot to earn some money. I'm a new player, so i'm still trying to figure stuff out.
The only information that I have is visible in this photo of the error message while trying to log in:

I would like to play the game, so i'm willing to send more information if thats necessary.
