This Guy cuffed me more then 15 min and shaved my head , i don't think so that i ffound the thing that he is allowed to shave the 10-15 he have in his BIO . pls tell if its allowed for him to cuff anyone for more than 15 min and shave the head of 10-15 , if it is , pls include that in his bio as well.

Not off topic: I cuff this Guy at 11:12 and i uncuff him at 11:26 so it total 14 min not 15 and also i think he was deciving the admin he did dont show the pov when i cuff him he skip the 1 min if you dont have the Full pov i can gave it to you thaku
