2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
1. I wish to become Leader of East Side Ballas because of my High Knowledge in Gangs, My Huge Understanding of Gangs is a significant bonus to Leadership because it allows me to become a Serious and Disciplined Leader, My Understanding also allows me to hire disciplined Interviewers. These Disciplined Interviewers will be able to identify good and Smart People that will be welcomed into the Gang. To make the gang more active, experienced and help everyone by any means necessary.
2. My second Main Reason of becoming Leader of Ballas is the inferior opinion of Current Ballas, Currently Ballas has very undermined and has been misrepresented multiple times, I wish to change that and make Ballas deeply respected and feared within the City, A Way that I will do this is Hostage Situations and Store Robberies Very Frequently with great and experienced People and Deputies as well. The Members of the Gang are the foundation it.
3.My Third and Final Reason of becoming Leader of Ballas is my Good Amount of Experience, I have been under deputy in Ballas as well, which has taught me a lot, I am very knowledge of Ballas's System and How people view them. During my Time of Under Deputy I learned a lot and I fully understand the System of Gangs from simple Hijacking Robberies all the way to more Complex Operations like raiding The National Guard.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
1. My First Piece of Advice is to improve Quality of Store Robberies, Often Times Store Robberies are a giant Mess when Leaders are not Harsh or Themselves do not understand certain Rules. I will ensure this will never happen within Ballas, I will maintain a strict Disciplined Order within Ballas to ensure High Quality Roleplay.
2. My second Piece of Advice to improve Quality of RP is to Maintain a Strict Structure within Ballas, I will ensure that all Ranks are assigned via Strict Interviews focused on Rules and Understanding of Gangs, To make sure that no favoritism exists within Ballas, I will order 2 Deputies to review each Interview and Recruitment to make sure they were selected correctly and if their rank is Understandable and Reasonable. This will ensure a Favoritism-Free Environment within Ballas
3. My Last Piece of Advice is build a Professional Turf Team that will ensure Turfs are done correctly and The Defense and Attack is fair, I will ensure that Turf Team is stable and Active Enough to achieve Objectives and Tasks without Harsh Punishments or Serious Consequences.
