2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I chose to be leader of FIB because ever since the first time I joined FIB i knew that it is a strong organization and has a lot of potential. In the beginning when I joined around 2025 FIB was a very strong org and everyone used to look at FIB as the best and strongest one in state however now FIB has become weaker and it isnt feared anymore the way it used to. There currently is many strong criminal organizations which are outnumbering state and creating an imbalance which I look forward to fixing and making it more balanced and more fun for both sides which I already have a very strong team ready for anything that comes our way.
Also, I want to enhance the RP used in FIB as the most org that uses RP currently is FIB whether its interrogations, negotiations or arrest procedures + lawyer cases. The RP is fantastic in FIB but also having the chance to enhance it even more by encouraging the members in it would be great. The capability for RP is very high however it is misused and sometimes no one tries to use that capability.
Lastly, I was previously a leader of SAHP and the time that I had leading it and rebuilding was very fun. I would love another chance at leading a state organization as i've enjoyed being in them more than I have enjoyed being in Gangs. I recently was IA captain in Ash Blanco's term for the first half of his first term and also a bit at the start of the second term and that made me remember how fun state can be. I am aware of the responsibility it has behind it and im willing to prove that I can take that responsibilty and manage to make FIB great again.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) For my term, I will make sure to have a strong Human Resources team as the department is very crucial to the organization and its activity especially. Ill make sure to try my best to have people active from Human Resources at all time as their role in recruiting is very important as well as giving promotions to people who deserve it since that is mostly what motivates everyone to work harder and better since they are getting rewarded for their work and they will see that the work they are doing is being recognized by others. And if someone is not getting their promotion/someone is getting promoted unfairly ill make sure to look over everyone's work myself and my deputies to make sure that it's fair to all.
2) I will ensure that team work and good communication is being used in my term as both of these play key parts in organization success and allows everyone to meet new people and make new friends. Aswell as ill make sure my organization's relationship with other organizations are well that way we can all work as a team and not everyone will be working alone.
3) Favoritism will not be accepted at all in my term, In my previous terms I have never showed any favoritism to anyone or treated any person unfairly. Also, alongside promotions to encourage people to work harder ill make sure to pay good bonuses for everyone that way they will be motivated more and rewarded for their work almost twice since it will be through both bonuses + promotions.
