As you can see in this pov bloods said come to mp 50k bonus for whoever gets polski which in my book is targeting as you can hear he already assuming hes gonna kill and rob polski even before the rp situation has happned and then offering a 50k bouns to people who help him rob and take him as a hostage which could also be considered as fail rp i feel like this falls under the bloods targeting him as its not fair to get evenyone to gang up on him
