I noticed this user is using two different forum accounts. When I checked the accounts, I couldn't find a connection between them. I also found a video from three years ago featuring this ID; you can clearly hear the voice of a child speaking with an Indian-British accent. Despite being in the game for so long, the forum accounts are relatively empty. Although they've been playing for a few years, no one has ever started a forum against them before. Only in the last few months have POV request forums been created, and before that, someone else, whom I believe is the real owner of the account, received a penalty for random punching on a forum created for someone else. That's why I wanted to report this. I believe they have violated GR 1.1 and GR 1.4 rules. Evidence is below.
