The Los Santos Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is currently seeking dedicated, active, and professional individuals to join our team. We are recruiting for all shifts and welcome both new applicants and former EMS employees looking to return to service.

Available Shifts​

Day Shift: 07:00 – 21:00
Night Shift: 21:00 – 02:00
Early Morning Shift: 02:00 – 07:00

Position Requirements​

Laboratory Technician (Labtech)​

• Minimum 3+ years of IC experience
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Medical Doctor (MD) / Ambulance Staff (AS)​

• Minimum 5+ years of IC experience
• Must be capable of handling emergency calls efficiently
• Expected to assist with lobby management and patient care

General Requirements​

• Clean criminal record with no active legal cases
• Good understanding of the English language
• Professional appearance (no face tattoos, excessive face paint, or gang-related tattoos)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Salary & Bonus Structure​

Pillbox Hill Medical Center​

Day Shift: $15,000 per hour
Night Shift: $35,000 per hour
Early Morning Shift: $40,000 per hour

Sandy Shores Medical Center​

Day Shift: $25,000 per hour
Night Shift: $35,000 per hour
Early Morning Shift: $40,000 per hour

Ambulance Call Bonuses​

Day Shift: $10,000 per hour while handling calls
Night Shift: $15,000 per hour while handling calls

Additional Bonuses​

• 1 Captcha Completed: $5,000 Bonus
• 1 Delivery Completed: $5,000 Bonus + $5,000 In-Game Paycheck
