Dear Lebron Sir,
My name is Tejash Harrington, and I am writing this appeal with complete honesty and respect. I recently got banned from the Grand RP Discord server, and I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I understand that rules are made to protect the community, and I fully respect the administration team's decisions. However, I humbly ask for one final opportunity to prove that I can be a responsible member of the community.
The reason for this situation was a genuine mistake on my part. My second Discord account already had the name "Rockstar Games" from a long time ago. When I was joining the Grand RP Discord server using that account, I did not pay attention to my username and completely forgot that it was still set as "Rockstar Games." I joined the server without realizing it. This was not intentional, and I never had any bad intentions. If I had noticed the username beforehand, I would have changed it immediately.
I fully understand why the punishment was given, and I am not trying to argue against it. I only want to explain that this happened because of my carelessness, not because I wanted to break the rules. Looking back, I realize that I should have checked my account properly before joining the server, and I take full responsibility for my mistake.
Sir, Grand RP is more than just a game for me. It is a community where I spend my free time, enjoy roleplay, make friends, and create memorable experiences. I have invested a lot of time and effort into being part of this community. Since receiving this ban, I have felt disappointed in myself because I know this situation could have been avoided if I had been more careful.
Being unable to access the Discord server has affected me a lot. I cannot see announcements, updates, events, giveaways, or important community information. I also cannot communicate with other players and friends through the official Discord. Most importantly, if an administrator needs to contact me in the future regarding a PC check, account verification, or any other matter, I may miss the notification entirely. I am worried that this could lead to misunderstandings even though I would never intentionally ignore an administrator.
I respectfully ask you to consider my situation and understand that this was a genuine human mistake. I was not trying to impersonate anyone, mislead anyone, or gain any unfair advantage. I simply joined the server without noticing my old username. I deeply regret this mistake and feel very sorry for the trouble it has caused.
Sir, everyone makes mistakes, and this is a mistake that I have learned from. I can assure you that if I am given another chance, I will be much more careful in the future. I will make sure to follow every server rule and avoid any actions that could create problems again. This experience has taught me an important lesson, and I genuinely do not want to lose my place in the Grand RP community because of one careless error.
