Combat Logging.
The player repeatedly disconnected to avoid arrest and evade roleplay. After returning to the server, he disconnected again the moment I attempted to continue the arrest. Upon reconnecting a second time, he knowingly left the scene instead of returning to the ongoing RP situation.
If this does not warrant a severe punishment, I'm not sure what would. In my view, this constitutes two instances of Combat Logging.
