Two USSS agents brutally killed a person inside the Capitol building. It never even crossed their minds to detain him and call the police. These irresponsible agents should be severely punished, and our server should be rid of people who do not know or follow the rules.

This is not RDM. They are part of state ORGS which can shoot in Green Zone. They have IC reason as the driver in the red car was hitting them.
