I am writing this to explain the context of the situation shown in the POV. The accusations against me (UB, RDM, and GR 6.13) do not reflect the reality of the roleplay situation.
My friend called me via phone/radio, and I had an urgent IC reason to leave the area immediately to meet them, so I did not intend to disrupt any ongoing roleplay under GR 6.13. However, while I was trying to leave, the reporting player started following and stalking me. I pulled out my weapon and gave a clear, valid IC demand: Leave the area 5 seconds. As seen in the video, I gave a proper demand while holding a firearm. Instead of running away or fearing for their life, the player chose to stand right next to me and keep following.This is a direct violation of Fear RP failing to value their life under gunpoint. I even waited for 1-2 seconds after my countdown to give them a chance to comply, but they refused to move. Since they showed no fear and continued to threaten my safety by stalking me while I had a weapon drawn, I had to open fire.
The player intentionally provoked the situation by ignoring a lethal threat. I kindly request you to review the POV again, taking the player's lack of Fear RP into consideration.

I also noticed that the POV provided by the reporting player ends right after I shot them at the 0:55 mark. According to the forum rules, a proper POV must be between 60 to 90 seconds long to show the full context of the situation (the before and after)
