Dear Higher Ups, I would like to appeal my ban. I was away from the game for the past two days, and when I tried to log in today, I found that I had been banned for cheats by Muttie Ilya. I genuinely do not know the reason for this punishment, as I was not active during that period and I am not aware of any forum report against me. I have never intentionally used any cheats or unfair software. I am fully willing to cooperate with the administration and undergo a PC check or any other verification process necessary to prove my innocence and recover my account. I kindly ask for a re-evaluation of my case and a review of the evidence that led to this ban. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Additionally, my English is not very good. If a PC check is required, I would kindly request the presence of an Arabic-speaking administrator or translator to help me understand the instructions correctly and avoid any misunderstandings during the process.
