2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. I have decided to take up leadership roles in SANG since I believe it is among the most significant state organization in the server. As a leader, I will make sure that there is discipline, professionalism, and respect among the members at all times and that everyone knows their duties and follows the server’s regulations.
2. I love motivating people to do better and realize their goals. In case I am selected as the leader, I will be able to organize training for the members, mentor the newcomers, and give the members an opportunity to improve themselves and move up the ranks.
3. As a leader, I want to see an active group, which means that I will regularly organize training for the soldiers, military activities, patrols, and other events in order to involve every member in the processes.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice is to conduct activities in SANG in such a way as if it was a real military role play game instead of the normal one. This will be realized through implementing proper military procedures including military hierarchy and communication as well as other appropriate military actions. Proper military trainings, proper ammo runs, base defense operations, and various military tactical exercises will take place. High standards of military performance should be set in order to mentor new soldiers and encourage members to play their roles as a military man.
