I would like to submit an appeal regarding my ban for Rule 1.8.
About a month ago, I had already submitted an unban request. At that time, the situation involving my brother and me was reviewed and discussed with Kathi_Tired. After the conversation, my appeal was accepted, and we were both unbanned.
My brother and I share the same PC. To avoid any misunderstandings, we followed the instructions given to us and even created two separate Rockstar accounts with different email addresses one for him and one for me. Since then, we have been playing without any issues for approximately one month.
We have now been banned again for Rule 1.8, even though our situation has not changed in any way. This is still not a case of a twink account, but rather two different individuals with separate accounts and their own characters.
If there has been any misunderstanding or mistake, I sincerely apologize. However, to the best of our knowledge, we have not violated any rules. We would be happy to verify the situation again via Discord, just as my brother and I previously did together with Kathi_Tired.
We therefore kindly ask for our case to be reviewed once more and would greatly appreciate the opportunity for both of us to play on the server again.
Unfortunately, my brother was banned on his birthday, which made the situation even more disappointing for us.
