Life Story:-
Rafael was born fatherless in Ankara and lost his mother when he was 5 years old. No relatives took him in, so he decided to live on the streets. As he grew older, he needed to earn money to escape this wretched life. No one in the Keçiören district would hire him, and he had no other option. While rummaging through garbage, he found a ticket to Los Santos. He stole a bicycle, rode to the airport, and boarded a plane to Los Santos. Since he was new there, he didn't know what to do, so he joined the Kara family. There he met Boris, Semih, and Babykartal, who became his companions. As the Kara family began to reject them, they moved to the Alejandro family, where they met Albertus, Keyn, Emir and Swet. They all formed a group of friends and decided to start their own family, the Chivas family. Rafael also wanted to become a civil servant and gained experience in various organizations. Currently, Rafael works at SAHP.
Outcomes:
1.Rafael can torture someone if they fail to provide him with information.
2.Rafael is able to become a citizen hostage by taking money from gangsters maximum 50k.
3.Rafael is capable of driving various terrains (grass, sand, dirt, gravel) from his experience in driving, but does not drive ridiculous (no mountain driving or UB driving)
4.Rafael has no fear when 2 people appointed guns on him
5.Rafael isalways(24/7) carry a hidden ballistic and waterproof bodycam when never need to be refreshed (only need to refresh after spwan)
