Life Story:
Liaam Kirk grew up in a rough neighborhood where life was never easy. His parents struggled with alcoholism, and most days he was left to fend for himself. As a teenager, he fell in with a local gang, looking for the sense of family and protection he couldn't find at home. Deep down, though, Liaam dreamed of something different, he wanted to become a police officer and help people avoid the mistakes he was making.
When he turned eighteen, Liaam applied to join the police academy. His hopes were crushed when a background investigation revealed his past gang involvement and several juvenile arrests connected to gang activity. Despite having changed his ways, his application was denied.
Not long after, his parents discovered the full extent of his gang connections. Fearing for his safety and unable to handle the situation themselves, they sent him away to live with his grandparents in Los Santos. The move was difficult, and years of stress, violence, and instability had taken a toll on Liaam's mental health. Following a breakdown shortly after arriving, he spent several months in a psychiatric asylum where he received treatment and support.
For the first time in his life, Liaam had people who believed in him. With the help of his grandparents and doctors, he slowly rebuilt himself. He stayed away from gangs, earned a clean record, and dedicated himself to becoming a better person.
After his release, Liaam worked odd jobs, volunteered in community programs, and proved that he had left his past behind. His determination eventually caught the attention of recruiters at the Los Santos Police Department. Recognizing his growth and commitment, they gave him an opportunity that no one else had.
Career Story:
After overcoming a troubled childhood, gang involvement, and time in a psychiatric institution, Liaam Kirk finally achieved his dream of joining the LSPD as a Cadet. He worked relentlessly to prove himself, but throughout his career he faced constant unfair treatment from colleagues and superiors who never let him escape his past.
Over time, the bitterness changed him. After being denied credit for major successes and watching others advance through politics and favoritism, Liaam stopped believing in the system. He began bending the rules, building connections, and quietly operating as a dirty cop while maintaining an image of professionalism.
Despite his questionable methods, his results were undeniable, and he eventually climbed all the way to Deputy Chief of Police. However, the position forced him to operate under intense scrutiny, leaving little room for the tactics that had helped him rise.
His career came crashing down when he became caught up in a departmental scandal and lost his position. Now, with his reputation damaged and his badge still in hand, Liaam is determined to fight his way back to the top.
The difference is that this time, he has no intention of playing by the book.

3 - Liaam can take bribes (100K and Guns/Ammo/illegal stuff) and rob (Pickpocket).
4 -Liaam Can torture/Interrogate/kill people even lawyers on duty if they don’t want to follow his demands.
5 - Liaam can do criminal activities. For example, Ghetto clap, Buy, Sell,take bounties or Use any type of illegal items and Weapons. (no ORG gears included ).
6 - Liaam can secretly join an unofficial family, trick other org LEOs into staged hostage situations for payment (up to 100K) and deliver them to the family's location.[All IC ! No MG or OOC].
7- Liaam can give or remove people‘s from wanted list and delete criminal history if I don’t like them or protect his self or with bribe (up to 100k).
8 - Liaame can be disrespect/rude when talking to other people ( Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19 ),
9 - Liaam can detain anyone that he wants with fake charges (Including LEOs take their Gears As Bribe [Within 100k] With RP Reason and IC reason to arrest/detain).
