we was arresting player with ID ( 476641) as you can see and he do meta gaming because his friend ( 492028 ) he was waiting for us you can see at ( 00:58 ) then he blocked my engine and ram my car and start shot on us without any domand and as will because my duty as a leo save the 10-15's life so I shot him back
