Dear Admins

I would like to clarify the situation because there seems to be a misunderstanding regarding my intentions.

I bought the Sultan from another player. At the time of the transaction, he did not have enough money to purchase the license plate, so I gave him 20,000 only for that purpose. This was not intended as a way to transfer money, avoid taxes, or bypass any server rules. My intention was simply to complete the vehicle purchase properly.

I did not gain anything from this situation, nor was I attempting to exploit any system. Unfortunately, because of this incident, I even lost my Leadership position, which has been very disappointing for me

I fully understand the administration’s concerns regarding GR 1.9, but I respectfully ask that you review the context of the transaction once more. If necessary, I am willing to accept a money wipe to resolve any concerns and demonstrate that there was no malicious intent behind my actions.

And I would also like to know if I am currently on the Leader Blacklist. If so, I would appreciate any information regarding its duration and whether there is a possibility to appeal it in the future.
