Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I would herby like to become an admin because I really do enjoy helping other players, something I have been developing my skills through the Roleplay time on the server experience, and I do like to contribute with helping beyond the roleplay experience where I can continue to develop and use the time I have spent on the server to show what I have learned. I gained a good understanding on how roleplay has worked over the months I been within EN3, and while I have enjoyed my time as a player on the server, I would like to try my luck on something meaningful for me to contribute to. I am very much interested in assisting players, taking the time to resolve some issues here and there, and helping to ensure that rules are applied consistently and fairly.
What are your strengths?
The main strengths of mine are patience, communication and fairness. I like to remain calm in all stressful situations where I hold my head cold and try to listen to all sides before making a further decision when needed. The thing I like the most it to focus on facts rather than emotions and aim to find the best solutions where its fair to everyone who is involved. I am also reliable and active where I take responsibilities seriously.
What are your weaknesses?
One of my main weaknesses is that I can spend so much time on one situation where I try to analyze it because I want to get a clearer understanding, and that I think is a bad habit that I have. However it does help me avoid mistakes in certain situations. While it does help me avoid mistakes i have been working on becoming extremely efficient and confident when I do make decisions, however I am also looking to improve the knowledge of mine and learn more from experienced staff members.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring strong communication skills and willingness to learn and be comfortable within the things I learn so I can speak with clearness and let other people understand what I say respectfully. I can be neutral when handling reports as well as also pay attention to details, follow procedures and carefully work as part of the admin team. One thing I can also bring that I find very important is being motivated to help players and support the servers overall health and growth.
