Respected Administration,
I have already completed the full 60-day punishment that was originally issued to me. However, after submitting my appeal, my account is still showing an incorrect ban duration of 9,983 days, which appears to be a system error.
I respectfully want to clarify that I had already served the full punishment period, and I am now requesting that my account status be reviewed and corrected accordingly.
I understand the importance of server rules and I respect the administration’s decisions. I am only requesting a fair review based on the completed punishment duration and the possible ban display issue.
Kindly check my account status and remove or correct the ban if my punishment has already been served.
