2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- My first organisation was a gang i,e, Bloods. I stood there for a while and then went to families and got under deputy there. and after then I got Deputy in ballas. During those days I learnt about the events and the work of Gang.
- Leadership is a diifficult task as you have to lead dozens of people. I want to experience the feeling of leadership and I want to fill the city with crime.
- The location of Ballas HQ is near Arena, familes Hq and 24/7 and kn ghettowhere we can do store robbery gang raids and members can even practice shooting in arena. Ghetto near ballas is always full of people. We can easily do sitruations with the people coming in the ghetto.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- everyone must know basics of gang and rules of city so that they caN do proper RP.
- In a org everyone must help and respect their fellow members to build a friendly environment.
- For better RP one must listen to commands of HCs.
- I will take everyone in the org with proper interview and there will be proper strike system as well.
- Everyone will be advised to join the training classes orgsnised by me and my deputies weekly and question doubts as well there .
