Dear Mr. LeBron:
I would appreciate it if you could just have a look at my case before making a decision. I bought $148.49 CAD of GC on 6th of May during the 2x event which i showed in Picture 1 . A few days later, I noticed that my bank card had been used for Amazon transactions that I didn't authorize, between 7th May – 9th May. I called my bank right away and they blocked the card while they investigated and reversed the fraudulent charges. I had to do this especially because I am buying a house for myself so I need to keep a good credit score. So I had to be very careful and avoid any kind of financial risk and that’s how this situation happened. That was when I was getting multiple bank alerts and I didn’t know that my Grand RP purchase was also included in the same refund action Which i showed in Picture 2 . I’ll make sure that this won’t happen again.
I know how much chargebacks are serious and I really respect the rules of the server. I’ve been playing Grand RP for a long time and have put a lot of money into the server because I like it. I am good to repay the refunded amount immediately and do this right to have my account reviewed for unban.
