Hey Respected Admins,
Long ago my Id was banned due to violating Genral Rule 1.3. As a result I got ban for a period of 60-days on 12.04.2026.
However, I accepted my mistake and decided not to do such actions in the future, But when I am checking my game after 60-days I found that my Ban was updated from 60-days to PERMA Ban. Although the punishment was already given and I accepted however, updating my BAN to PERMANENT BAN after so many days is quite disappointing. Morever, I didnt even entered in game after my first ban so how can my 60 days ban be increased to perma ban.
1st BAN issued on 12.04.2026: PROOF 1

I hope I will get further assistance and improve my mistakes to maximize the overall gaming and role-play experience in the best possible way.
