2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


- Even though I've worked for a number of different legal organizations in this city LifeInvader is the organization I've spent the most time with and because of my passion for this organization, to serve LifeInvader as a leader I want to become Chief of LI.

- Over the course of several months I've gathered experience under a number of leaders and even learned some crucial lessons from some of them. These lessons were left for us high commands at the time so that we might succeed them, therefore it's my turn to serve as a Chief and set an example for future leaders. I believe having the support of my highly experienced colleagues of LI will be crucial to my success as a leader, and since they already understand the importance of constructive criticism, it will be simpler for me to lead them properly.

- Since I haven't yet served the city as a leader, I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to not only work to improve this organization but also to gather ideas and put them into practice. I would like to demonstrate that a leader's efforts should be made to make changes while maintaining unity rather than to gain popularity. As a leader I would also establish connections with all of the organizations and try my best to resolve conflicts and improve relationships. Since the environment is important in motivating employees to work, I will be a good leader because I am skilled at creating a positive work environment.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- First and foremost, after spending time with a number of resellers in the city and it's residents, I've noticed that they are all frustrated by the constantly risen AD prices, like $5,000, which not only demotivates resellers in this city but also has a direct impact on the economy. To solve this I'll concentrate on the ADs department, our top goal will be to prevent AD prices from being unnecessarily high by maintaining a smooth AD flow with as many editors as possible. By improving a few things and increasing awareness about how trainees can prepare for their exams, we will also encourage citizens to join without hesitation. A small number of trainees feel as if they have no one to help them and take the test after clearing doubts, which eventually causes them to become demotivated or give up after failing the ADs test.

- I would enhance the bonus system for training Editors for ADs so that there is no room for error and so that if people are requesting tests, there would be several HCs available at the spot. I have noticed that high commands have little interest in taking tests and training new editors who join, so I would heavily focus on that during my term in order to encourage the hiring of people and the work of the HR department.

- Next, I would raise awareness of the importance of LI's ticket system for families and organizations by first organizing the prices list to meet the needs of both LI and the customer. This would encourage customers to make frequent requests for things like broadcasts, which generally increase RP in the server. Organizations with newly appointed leaders typically ping citizens in their emails, but they hardly ever use this feature to invite citizens to their organizations. I've also discovered that AI is being used excessively to create posters and other materials for tickets, which are hardly appealing to citizens and seem to need a little work on it.

- Last but not least, while concentrating on the departments mentioned above I will keep in mind the recently idle departments like News and IA. I will do everything in my power to bring back previously neglected new reporters, and I will ensure that their work is valued and that their bonuses match up with the effort they put in. During my time we higher ups in org will be open to recommendations and will not disregard them, instead we will focus on areas that require development in order to make the workspace comfortable for future LI employees as well.
