1. Leader of Vagos
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have experience with gang organizations and understand how it should operate. I've spent time in gangs and other organizations before, so I understand the responsibilities that come with leadership. I know how to manage members, handle situations calmly, and keep the organization active, especially through the experience I gained while serving as Deputy during Jollystar's term. Most importantly, I would ensure a proper ranking system is in place and avoid giving high ranks to everyone, as I have seen happen in my experience.
2.2 I believe i can make vagos active again. I feel that since Controlaa's Vagos term the organization has become much less active than it was during his leadership. I believe I can help bring Vagos back to that level of activity through my experience in gangs, strong connections within the community, and the leadership skills I have developed over time. My goal is to create an active and organized environment where members are motivated to participate.
2.3 My most important reason is to create and maintain a friendly environment where everyone feels respected and comfortable. Over the past few terms, I feel that gang leadership has not focused enough on building a positive atmosphere, which can cause members to feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. I want to become the leader of Vagos so I can build a gang where members feel valued, respected, and supported while enjoying their time in the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
RP quality mostly depends on how active and involved the leader is. If the leader sets the standard, members usually follow it. New players should be taught properly and corrected when they make mistakes instead of being ignored. Communication and discipline are also important. Members should be treated with respect, but rules still need to be clear. A proper ranking system based on activity helps keep things fair and organized. To keep the gang active, regular events like ghetto fights, robberies, and raids should be done so members always have something to do and improve together.
Ranking system:
1. Banana
2. Bandit
3. Mafia
4. Shooter
5. Boss
6. Warlord
7. Criminal
8. Aura
9. OG Vagos
10. Turfer
—High commands—
11. Spray Leader (Grafitti spray leader)
12. Soul snatcher
13. Godfather
14. Under Deputy
15. Deputy
16. Leader
Thank you
Regards
