The organization that is conducting the event: FIB
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: Two terrorist bombers, angered by repeated raids on their gang, have decided to retaliate against the FIB. To prevent future raids, they have planted a bomb on a bus. The bus may be carrying several high-profile individuals whose lives are at risk who boarded the vehicle upon working on a public transit PR event. If the bus stops moving, the bomb will detonate. Only the bombers possess the code required to disarm the bomb. The bombers will start at Pillbox Hospital. They will post an Ingrand by their car stating that "No FIB agent will be able to stop this bomb but me." They will be set to 5-star wanted status, but the bounty will be claimed by someone higher up (or a gang deputy who can track them and relay their location to gangs) so that bounty hunters do not interfere. The two bombers will be driving a large heavy vehicle and attempt to evade everyone for as long as possible. If captured by a gang, they will cooperate and travel with them to the airport to board a flight. If captured by law enforcement, they must surrender the disarm code. The bus is old and cannot travel at high speeds. It will primarily drive a loop around the highway but may take alternate routes if necessary. A gunfight may occur at the airport.
Role of Each Organization Involved: FIB (State); will coordinate the search effort, with a few High Command members tracking the suspects through the PDA and relaying updates over the radio and department channels, along with all state organizations. - Gangs; Stop the bus and cause it to explode. Locate the bombers and escort them to the airport hangar, helping them board a flight out of Los Santos.
Other organizations involved: Life invader, EMS
Admin Requirements: Spawn a special vehicle in which the bombers will be driving (Heavy/Slow/Strong), Spawn a Plane for the Bombers if they manage to go with gangs, Overlook the Entire event to ensure there is no mass VDM, CR, etc.
How is the event won? FIB and law enforcement win by obtaining the disarm code from the bombers and relaying it to the FIB agent on the bus. The agent successfully disarms the bomb, allowing the bus to stop safely.
Prize for the winner: $1.000.000 to the Winning Side
