1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
= I’ve spent my 248Days in the city [En3) focusing on figuring out and mastering the RP life, building connections, and understanding the mechanics & the game interactations. But growth means moving forward. I want to transition to the admin team because I'm ready to give my energy from playing the game to protecting its integrity. Willingness to learn more and I want to be on the side that ensures rules are respected, immersion is maintained, and every player gets a fair, high-quality experience. I'm ready to trade the grind of a citizen for the responsibility of a guardian.

=Emotional control, sharp observation, and a solid backbone , Deep Analytical.

= Honest, self-aware, but framed as a standard of high quality.
Over-Perfectionism: I have a habit of wanting things done exactly right the first time. Sometimes I can spend a bit too much time double-checking a situation or a log to make sure a decision is flawless, but I am learning to trust my instincts to keep things moving efficiently
Directness: I don’t sugarcoat reality. If a rule was broken, I address it cleanly and directly. While some might find it blunt, I ensure it is always delivered with absolute professionalism and zero bias.

=Good level content management, rule proficiency, and community handling.
Conflict Resolution: I understand crowd psychology and community dynamics from managing a large digital audience IRL. I know how to handle difficult personalities seamlessly.
Thorough Documentation & Evidence Analysis: I’m highly tech-literate and used to working with complex software and video editing. Reviewing POV footage, managing logs, and presenting crystal-clear evidence for admin decisions is second nature to me.
