I am not sure who the guy is or why he even shot from outside but he fucked up really bad...... he had no reason to be there in active 10-10 soo that fear RP... then he shot without demands soo its RDM.... also he shot from outside the circle.....and then mercy killed as well.... fucked up the whole RP
