Hello Lebron , I Never Wanted it to be like this , but im gonna have to prove some points that has been ignored and i hope there is a reasonable and truthful answer from you .
This Whole Situation Started About 2 Years Ago ,
Me and Some Freinds like 4 or 5 , started a family and tried our best and spend alot of effort so we could make it unofficial and play the events under its name , However after we get it , some new guys joined our family as any normal unoff fam , after mabe a week later , we started to win some of events but it really was not that much , but u know always there is some haters that will target you and want to take u down , anyway , they started to ask for alot of povs of some of our memebrs and there is old

the problem started after this POV request against one of our fam member

As you can see in the thread, Owner got mad when he died due to dysync [he didn't get full HP as the animation didn't end and its a common thing] i think the pov is not visible now . So After the admin requested his POV. the family member provided it, and it was clean, but the admin asked for a longer POV. he still provided a long POV, but the admin asked again for a full POV, as the thread owner requested in his forum. That was when it really got suspicious. After we found out that thread owner and Federico Vauiter [ Blacklisted Ex Senior Admin ] were talking in DMs about the fam memeber and PC checking him

However, the family member even provided everything at the time that the admin asked for But after at the night time in that day , the fam member with the [ID 65431] and another family member. They went playing a 2v2 against 2 guys in the arena, and as they started getting all kills and winning, Admin Federico Vauiter [ Blacklisted Senior Admin Now ] was watching and thought that they were cheating, so he TPd him to PC check. And we have full pov of the situation is here

You Can judge by yourslef that he was looking clean and everything was normal for a shooter player. But Federico even banned him after a PC check.
We didnt know the main reason so that family memebr made an appeal here

Federico also mentioned in this thread that one of the reasons he got banned was because he got banned in EN1/EN2/EN3/DE/IT for cheating. .

Anyway , at that time idk now how it is , at that time when we asked the family memebrs abt if its really true or not , he showed us with proof that none of the senior admin informations were true , he was only banned in EN1 at that time :

this was the answer of federico in his appeal forum at that time :
this is the point we proved to bobby that his senior admin provided false informations but he ignored the point with just saying that he will look into that .
witht that answer didnt he just proved that even the Curator Of Admins made a mistake as he said in the appeal Rejected - Ban For Pc check (cheat) | Federico Vautier that he checked every evidence and admin took right decision , if it was already setlled , why would bobby say in this forum that he will look into it ?

Also At that time i asked the ex senior admin federico that there is many en3 players that stil play and they banned in en1 for cheats . his respond was so unporfessional and unconveinent as he told me its ok if u have public videos that show they are not cheating,

However After our family memeber got banned, some guys that didn't know what really happend started blaming us and saying we were bringing cheaters to the family and helping them, and that was never true. We were always against cheaters, and this is proof. When we found out one guy was cheating during our first family days, we immediately reported him to the administrators.

so me and the leader Went to Federico Dms and Trying to convince him that our family memebr wasnt cheating we sent every pov of the player with us in the family and the pov that federico has suspisous in that he was cheating in here all Proof :

We spoke to Federico as any normal player curious and confused abt a decision , trying our best to convince him that he made the wrong decision based on the proofs we sent him and that anyone can make mistakes and here is a proof when kareem an ex senior admin and pc checker banned 2 guys for helping cheater then he unbaned them after :

But indeed he wasnt giving any attention to us and blacklisted almost all of our family memebers for helping cheaters [while no one is cheating with proofs and no positive PC check]. , None of them Did anything the only thing i did is sending proofs to federico and we never thought that wil lead the whole family to blacklist .

Bobby still ignored some of the points and changed the whole reason for our ban to Contantly breaking rules , threatning admin in dms [ i showed all our conversation in the appeal and there is nothing close to threatning and if it is why would i post it in public ] then he insist on banning the constant rule brakers and those who will see this thread.
But i Still proved That I am not one of them constant rule breakers with this my first ever appeal i made

this was my first ever appeal for the first perma ban i took in all of my time in this server , i never got banned before for more than 7 days , i always tried to keep my punishment history clean in my last months before my ban [ PLEASE CHECK THIS POINT CUZ I AM SURE OF WHAT I DID ]
after i made the first ever appeal bobby answered me without even checking what i said and what i proved with banning my forum for spamming , which this POINT is still ignored till now the fact that t i never spammed and it was one forum i made , i still dont understand the outcome and the harsh punishment and the no answers i still got for what reason ,
i never got a chance like everyone in this server , we know that if u broke a big rule like gr 1.1 or 1.2 or 1.4 u still get a chance for a wipe and unban ur only main account , i never got that chance and i know i made mistakes before and after bobby gave me no chance of even a little hope to even discuss or review anything , i still waited for mabe something to change , and at a time there was an annoucnemnt about giving chance to appeal those who got banned for breaking rules and i tired my best to have a chance in that , until i got this forum account unbanned and willing to have a chance , there is a time i tried to avoid ban by making a new account but i know it was a mistake and stopped and didnt play in the server for more than 2 years ,
the reason i made this appeal now is that the prefix wasnt available at that time and the problems i faced that i talked abt
Im only asking for justice lebron and i know for sure that mabe it will be rejected for any reason , there is alot of other players that even got the chance to talk in discord while me since the first day of my ban i got banned permanently from all grp discords and with no respond from any admin , i hope u read everything and check everything i know its time consuming but its first and last appeal i wil make cuz i gave all the details i have and thanks for reading
