Event Details:
The Kingpin continues to expand his criminal empire and requires substantial funding to advance the next phase of his syndicate's operations. To secure these funds, several trusted syndicate members have been dispatched to conduct a high-value robbery at the Jewelry Store located near the Capitol Building. Fortunately, a deep undercover USSS operative embedded within the criminal syndicate has provided critical intelligence regarding the planned robbery. Acting upon this information, the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP), National Guard (NG), and the United States Secret Service (USSS) have mobilized to intercept the operation and apprehend those responsible. Upon arrival at the scene, State forces shall establish a secure perimeter around the Jewelry Store and deploy three (3) designated representatives to negotiate with the suspects in an attempt to achieve a peaceful surrender. However, intelligence suggests that the syndicate members have no intention of surrendering. Following negotiations, they are expected to reject all demands, issue their own conditions, and initiate hostilities, resulting in a large-scale armed confrontation between State forces and the criminal organization. The outcome of this operation will determine whether law enforcement can cripple the Kingpin's growing criminal network or whether the syndicate succeeds in obtaining the resources necessary to strengthen its influence across the State of San Andreas.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
State Side (FIB, LSPD, SAHP, National Guard & GOV)
State forces have received intelligence from a deep undercover operative that trusted members of the Kingpin's syndicate are conducting a Jewelry Store robbery to secure funding for future criminal operations. Upon arrival, State forces shall establish a perimeter around the Jewelry Store and send three (3) representatives to negotiate with the suspects. Following the rejection of surrender demands by the syndicate, State forces shall conduct tactical operations with the objective of neutralizing or arresting all suspects and preventing the robbery from succeeding.
Gang Side (Gang members)
The Kingpin has dispatched trusted syndicate members to rob the Jewelry Store and acquire funds for the expansion of the criminal organization. Upon arrival of State forces, the syndicate shall occupy and defend the Jewelry Store. During negotiations, the syndicate shall reject surrender demands and issue their own demands before initiating hostilities. Their objective is to defeat the responding State forces and successfully escape the area with surviving members.

Admin Requirements:
- Teleport participants to designated starting locations.
- Monitor negotiations and ensure no shots are fired before negotiations conclude.
- Ensure only approved weapons and vehicles are used.
- Monitor rule compliance throughout the event.
- Determine the winner in case of disputes.
Rules of the Event:
- No patching up.
- No healing during active gunfights.
- Only admin-approved weapons may be used.
- Negotiations must occur before hostilities begin.
- Three (3) State representatives must be sent for negotiations.
- Syndicate members must reject surrender and issue demands before opening fire.
- Standard server rules remain in effect.
- Participants must remain within the designated event boundaries unless escaping as part of the Gang victory condition.

State Victory
- All robbers are neutralized or successfully detained and processed.
Gang Victory
- All State forces are eliminated and at least one syndicate member successfully escapes the area.
