As you mentioned the The last forum that i am not a new player to not know such thing.
Then you should also consider this that even thought, I was well aware of the Rule still i gave the Full POV. The Pov request i could have ignored bcz as per the new rule Players don't need to record every Event, players just need to record event in which Pop-up comes for recording (correct me if i am wrong).

I could have given multiple reason to stall on it. i just recorded this much, i use insta reply to record, i don't have more and etc.
But instead i gave the whole situation. The First POV ended where i started walking, just after the hostage is safe.
The person i reported was ex admin and ex curator of Vagos. he was mentioning curator of project twice in my forum to manipulate the Reviewing admin, even thought he did Gave UB demands you yourself can check his words. Without any solid proofs he said some things and As being ex curator, Izuku the current curator of vagos took those for granted and requested for Entire store. Complying with that i gave the whole situation. Was i not aware that i can be banned? i still gave because my intentions were not to deceive. My complaint was made according to the the Forum Rules. More than 1 min of POV and the situation should be Visible, thats how i made forum.

You do know whatever happens in your server, you would have also seen how unnecessary i am getting punished from last few weeks.
First Got Banned by Malika even though i was the one who gave proofs of that person Leaking Info.
Then the MG part where that person post 2 forums on me and in one of those he himself posted he was showing ID to me, i don't say it was admins fault in that.
Now this one, where i complied with the Admin and gave POV.
I won't be surprised if i got banned again for something again saying i am trying to deceive.
I can send you proofs of Ex Admin who got PBL for stalking me claiming in my DMs that Even admins tell me about you. Its's more concerning for me how PBL people are claiming that there are admin who give them my Info. I can't even do RP properly when i know that yea someone is watching me, That Fear of getting punished is always there.
I do know some people don't like me because i do report for mistakes on forums. Even thought for Admins giving wrong info. I can see the behavior on my Main ID when i make Ticket for rule break i get replies after the situations are over. Now when i am making from Twink instantly i get replies. I haven't reported all these things bcz i don't wanna get more hate. Am i doing something wrong if i report someone for rule breaks ? then why this hate is coming on me.
Even you know from how long i am playing Grand more than 5 years, i agree i know most of the Rules. Thats why i do comply with admins in forums and dont deny even thought i could have ignored bcz new POV request rule is protecting me. I could have taken a BAN of ER 1.7 and then would have appealed bcz of the Rule change. I have given respect to Admins position while i had differences with some when they were players. You can hear from admins that i am egoistic but you wont hear anyone saying i misbehaved with any of them in any interactions.
I really want you to look into this one more time, because this is completely unfair for me, even when i comply with everything admins ask.
I won't make any forum regarding this again, i will accept whatever decision you will take. Thank you.
