Dear admin, I am an EN2 server player, but since that server is no longer very active, I logged into the EN1 server; however, my account was banned. I don’t know the reason, but it says cheating. I have definitely not used any illegal files or third-party software. I develop games, and sometimes the game engine called Unreal Engine may remain open in the background. I request that this incident be investigated or that my computer be checked, and I also agree, if necessary, to having everything on my account reset.
