Explanation: Hello, my account was banned for "Refusing PC Check" by administrator Frost_Vukovic. Unfortunately, the PC check was interrupted due to a sudden power outage, and it was not a deliberate refusal on my part. I am really sorry for this unfortunate situation and I would like to request a second chance to clear this up. Please consider my appeal.
