2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
There are several organizations I've been in for the past several months and LifeInvader is the organization which seemed the most astounding to me, how the different departments handle their own responsibilities and how immersed everyone is while doing their duty as LifeInvader employee has attracted my heart towards this organization which brings me back to it again and again.
After observing the employee's within the organization I've felt that most of the time majority of them lack the passion to become a high command, they feel as if it would be a hard working boring job with no rewards and constant pressure, which is obviously wrong and to fix this narrative I as a leader would not only provide a comfortable and friendly environment for my employees so they feel encouraged to work but also whilst they're Editors or reporters I would show them how they could calmly handle their upcoming responsibilities without taking stress or much pressure, this would play an important role in the improvement of org and work ethic inside the organization.
For a long time while working in this organization and interacting with the civilians I've felt that most of the times the general perception of the civilians for LI is just either working on a "boring PDA" or publishing articles, I however would like to change the whole perception and with the help of communication I would like to change their narrative and show how LifeInvader can be more than that. Not only would that increase the interest of citizens for the org but also attract more people to join under my leadership, and so this chain will prove to be helpful for org in the long term, I'll prove how vast it can be via different methods, emails, broadcasts and much more.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
Internal Affairs:
Firstly I've felt that the responsibilities for this department are most of the time only looked into by the Head of the Department, rather than it being the responsibility of Head and with his 2 Deputies of department, if needed I would increase and divide the work load of this department between the HOD and DHODs so that if the HOD works on something, he would be less stressed to find his Deputies rechecking or confirming that the work done has no mistakes and this would overall improve efficiency of department.
News Deapartment:
Recently fewer and fewer number of employee's showed interest in this department, so to sort this issue I would look into the reward system of this department personally to revive it, not only that but I would bring back the old passionate reporters of this department who would then also encourage others to join, there would be fresh news, articles and timely reports under my leadership.
ADs Department:
Lastly to develop and improve the most important department/backbone of LifeInvader I would increase the activity of the high commands within org so that no ADs Trainee leaves disappointed due to not getting response or help in time, if needed the bonuses will be adjusted in this area as well so that there are always several people ready to pass their tests and overall keep the flow of ADs smooth within the organization so that not only the org stays active but the citizens will be pleased as well with the prices of ADs being suitable for sellers and buyers / for economy of the city.
