Since I have already received a penalty for taking off from this area, and that penalty was related to the same incident (as can be seen from the link below), I do not believe I should receive an additional ER 1.3 penalty from this report/forum. I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration.

why wait so long? id 228163 refuse to show how he enter zone(thats GR 1.7 30 days) and illegal redux hit effect(60days) just gogo punish and move on. this forum dont need to be up this long
