we was fear rp bc he didt put his hands up. He got 107 id so hes not new so he knows how to put his hands up. He was waited for his friends to come and help him to so thats one more rule break. He should get a warning for this i believe. He should not that shit when you got id 107 that shows that you have been in the city for along time. He know what he was doing. We told him many times to put his hands up.
