First of all, the arresting officer received a Code A [17:29], after which I was released from custody [17:32]. It is important to note that this initial arrest was completely unrelated to the later incident that led to my second detention.
Immediately after leaving the jail premises [17:33], I entered a vehicle with black-tinted windows. To conceal my identity, I put on a balaclava, which is clearly visible in my POV. However, due to an apparent game glitch [17:33], my character automatically exited the vehicle. During that moment, players 46761 and 89662 instantly initiated demands and opened fire on me.
Additionally, I would like to highlight that I was only given a single demand before force was used against me. As per server rules, demands must be issued no fewer than two times in order to provide a reasonable opportunity for a player to hear, understand, and comply with the instructions.
Additionally, player 89662 blocked my vehicle from the front using their vehicle [17:33]. As visible in the POV, I was unable to move forward because their vehicle was completely blocking my path. At the same time, there was a wall behind my vehicle, clearly visible in the footage, preventing me from reversing. As a result, I was completely trapped and had no reasonable opportunity to move, comply, or escape the situation.
I also believe that the manner in which my vehicle was intentionally boxed in can be considered Powergaming, as my vehicle was physically prevented from moving in any direction, leaving me with no realistic options or ability to react within roleplay.
Additionally, when these demands were issued, none of the involved players were wearing an FIB vest [17:33]. As a result, there was no clear visual indication that they were law enforcement personnel, making the situation even more confusing from my perspective.
Furthermore, I would like to highlight that I was detained and arrested again within approximately 1 minute [17:33] of being released from my initial arrest. Given the extremely short time gap between my release and subsequent detention, I believe this may constitute a violation of server rules regarding repeated arrests or re-engagement following a concluded arrest situation.
Furthermore, player 89662, who was acting as an Undercover (UC) Agent, failed to follow the proper uniform regulations. During the arrest, he was not wearing an FIB vest.
Additionally, I was ultimately killed with a shotgun despite not possessing or displaying any weapon that posed an immediate threat to the involved officers or agents. At no point did I threaten their lives or engage in any actions that would justify the use of lethal force. Considering the circumstances, less-lethal measures such as a taser could have been used to detain me. Instead, they chose to use a shotgun, resulting in my death.
I request the Admin Team to review the attached POV footage and take appropriate action regarding the rule violations and procedural misconduct demonstrated by the involved players.
