Hello Admins,
I got banned for cheating, but I did not use any cheats.
At first, I explained my side and you checked everything. After some time, thay was asked to open Edge and search for cheat-related sites. Then thay told to click reset password and enter my email. I followed the instructions, but no profile appeared.
After that, thay asked to open System Information and search in Edge, where a string appeared that was said to be search cheat in this there is a a string come cheat profile
From my understanding, this result only appeared because I followed the requested steps and not because I had cheats installed or used.
Please review my case again and check all evidence carefully. I believe this may be a misunderstanding or false detection.
